I have a small rental in Santa Cruz that became vacant on December 4th 2024. I contacted Kaicie and High Tide for guidance in preparing the house for a new tenant. She was immediately available for a walk-through, made suggestions for a few minor updates and advised me what the current monthly rent should be based on renter’s comps for the area.
Marley was available to meet people for showings and began the application process for any prospective tenants immediately. Once the new tenants were approved, a new lease was prepared, executed and the deposit with first month’s rent was collected. Everything was completed within days and the new tenants took possession on January 1st 2025! All that in less than 30 days!!!
