From there, we create a customized preventative maintenance plan to keep routine and seasonal care on schedule, catch small issues early, and keep your home cared for and ready for your return.

Inspections & Property Care
We offer more frequent property inspections for owners who want an added level of oversight while away, as well as additional inspections at your request. Our digital inspection platform allows us to thoroughly document the condition of your home with photos, notes, and room-by-room records, creating a clear history of the property over time. If something needs attention, we can identify it, document it, and coordinate the appropriate next steps.
Vendor Coordination
We coordinate the vendors and service providers who help care for your home, whether they’re professionals you already know and trust or part of our local vendor network. We handle scheduling, property access, communication, and follow-up, and can be onsite when needed—so you don’t have to manage repairs, deliveries, or service appointments from afar.

Turnover & Property Preparation
When a resident moves out, we oversee the transition from move-out through move-in—or prepare the home for your return. We document the property’s condition, coordinate cleaning and repairs, address damage or deferred maintenance, and make sure the home is properly prepared for what comes next. For furnished homes, we can also help identify missing or damaged items and coordinate the additional care needed to reset the property.
